Con el Presente auto la Sala Plena resolvió SUSPENDER los términos del proceso de la referencia, por tres meses contados a partir del momento en que se alleguen las pruebas adicionales decretadas previamente, las cuales son necesarias para mejor proveer y adoptar una decisión en el asunto de fondo.
La anterior decisión se adoptó de acuerdo a lo estipulado en el artículo 64 del Reglamento de la Corporación.
